ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
FOR DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY 05 YEARS PROGRAM
- This course will be only for those who have passed their intermediate (Pre-Medical) Examination in the year 2020 and 2021 with minimum of 60% marks or Grade B
FOR DPT (DEFICIENCY COURSE) ONE YEAR PROGRAM
- Four years Bachelor in Physiotherapy from Karachi University or from a recognized University.
- Three years Bachelor in Physiotherapy with one year additional certificate course in Physiotherapy from University of Karachi or equivalent.
- Admission will be according to the policy of Karachi University.
- Graduates of College of Physiotherapy, JPMC will be given preference for one year deficiency course
FEE STRUCTURE:
- 80,000 Per Year
- 5000 Admission Fee (One time)
VENUE OF WRITTEN TEST:
- Entrance Test will be held at Najmuddin Auditorium, JPMC, Karachi on 29″ December, 2021 at 10:00 am.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill online forms
- Print filled in form and fee voucher.
- Submit fee voucher of Rs.2000/- only in Habib Bank Limited, JPMC Branch, Rafiqui Shaheed Road, Karachi.
- Attach all relevant attested documents with the form and voucher (Finance copy) and submit it in R & I Section , JPMC, Karachi on or before 14th December, 2021.
- Venue and time will be mentioned on admit card.
- Incomplete forms will not be entertained.
- The application processing fee is Non-refundable.
- Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of merit alone
- Detailed pre-requisite is included in the form.
- No TA/DA will be paid by this Centre
- No accommodation will be provided by this Centre
- Mark sheet (duly attested) must be submitted along with the application form.
- Admit cards will be issued from Education and Training Section on 20th December 2021,
- ‘Result will be postéd on the website of JPMC, Karachi.
