Applications are invited for admissions in 1st year MBBS & BDS programs academic session 2022-23, under categories of Merit and Self Finance (UEDP, UEAP, IEAP & UDP) from the candidates having domicile of Sindh province for the following Public Sector Medical & Dental Universities and Colleges of Sindh Province.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be domiciled in Sindh (from tagged districts of relevant University/ College)
- Candidates must have passed intermediate/HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent examination (eg. A-Level, 12th grade etc) with minimum 60% marks.
- As per PMC regulations, MDCAT 2022-23 with pass percentage for admission in MBBS is 55% and BDS is 45%
- MDCAT 2021-22 with pass percentage for admission in MBBS and BDS is 65%.

Procedure to Apply:
- Candidates have to download and print the application form and the chain from the website of their respective universities.
- Candidates have to manually fill the printed application form separately for each program i.e. MBBS & BDS and have to attach required documents as mentioned in the prospectus with a challan of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable processing fee) for each of the MBBS & BDS programs.
- Candidates will submit their application form with the required documents to one of the above-mentioned selection centers as per their respective tagged districts through designated branches of TCS mentioned below.
- Candidates must fill online application form for MBBS & BDS programs available on the website of their respective universities.

The online form shall be filled out on the websites of the following universities
Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Karachi (Only for students of Karachi)
Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro
Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University (SMBBMU), Larkana
Note:
- It is mandatory for the applicants to fill out both kinds of application forms i.e. online and printed.
- Candidates must courier a hard copy of the duly filled application form along with relevant documents in a sealed envelope to the university (DUHS/LUMHS/SMBBMU) of the tagged district.
- Application forms received after the last date shall not be accepted and entertained.
- Only Rs. 210/-will be charged by TCS while submitting each application form.
For untagged 15 seats of BDS (13 +2, open merit and self-finance) in SIOHS, JSMU from districts other than Karachi an application form will be available on the website of DUHS (admissions.duhs.edu.pk)
For 25 seats in SMBBMC, Lyari, Karachi (division-wise, from Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, and Sukkur) an application form will be available on the website of DUHS (admissions.duhs.edu.pk )
For female candidates interested for admission in PUMHSW, Shaheed Benazirabad from tagged districts of PUMHSW and application form available at the website www.pumhs.edu.pk
